Apprentice/Journeyman Lineman -- Northeastern REMC, a member-owned electric cooperative, has an immediate opening to fill.  Must have high school diploma or equivalent, basic computer skills and valid Class A commercial driver’s license. Responsibilities include construction, maintenance and operation of overhead and underground power lines, operating equipment such as bucket trucks, digger derricks, trenchers, backhoes and excavators and participating in scheduled on-call time.  4 years minimum experience working around power lines. Utility Laborer-- a member owned electric cooperative has immediate opening to fill.  Must have high school diploma or equivalent, basic computer skills and valid driver’s license with the ability to obtain Class A commercial driver’s license within 3 months.
