Membership Application - Start New Service
Since Northeastern REMC is a membership cooperative, starting electric service and becoming a member of the cooperative go hand in hand. We’ll need you to complete a new service application and a membership application. A deposit may be required to establish service. Please note, Northeastern REMC requires a three-business-day notice for establishing service.

You have three options for completing an application for new service.
• Complete the below webform: The web form below may not work with all devices and browsers. After submitting this form, you should receive an automatic reply within a short time. Within two business days, you should receive an email with your new account number. If you do not receive this email with an account number, please contact our office during business hours (7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Mon-Fri). Otherwise, your new service may be delayed.
• Download a PDF version of our application, complete and return to us: Click here to download a residential new service form that you can submit via the mail or fax or by dropping off at our office. Our address and fax number are included in the PDF. Please do not email your completed form since email is not secure. We have provided the web form below to provide you a secure way to send us your information electronically. IMPORTANT NOTICE: IF YOU HAVE NOT RECEIVED A PHONE CALL OR EMAIL RESPONSE FROM OUR OFFICE WITH YOUR NEW ACCOUNT NUMBER, SERVICE HAS NOT BEEN STARTED.
