At 11:55 a.m. 42 members in West Autumn experienced a power outage Saturday morning.
Cause: A vehicle hit a transformer. Power was restored to 42 members at 2:15 p.m.

At 6:11 a.m. 58 members in the area of State Road 114, 400 and 500 East experienced a power outage Tuesday morning.
Cause: A switch failed. Power was restored to 58 members at 8:03 a.m.

At 11:15 p.m. 829 members served by the GD circuit of the Gateway substation experienced a power outage Tuesday night.
Cause: A vehicle hit and broke a transmission pole. Power was restored to 829 members at 1:45 a.m.

At 5:26 p.m. 580 members served by the Lincolway Substation which serves portions of north central and southeast Union, and southwest Lake Townships experienced a power outage Tuesday evening.
Cause: The Lincolnway Substation shut down after a vandal shot through the static on the transmission line feeding the substation. Power was restored to 580 members at 5:45 p.m.

At 1:21 p.m. 252 members on the KA circuit of the Perry substation experienced a power outage Tuesday afternoon. The Perry substation serves most of northeast quarter of Perry Township.
Cause: A tree fell on a line. Power was restored to 252 members at 1:52 p.m.
